Patty Hubbard

Chief Marketing Officer

Patty Hubbard is the Chief Marketing Officer of the Bay Area Host Committee (BAHC), a non-profit corporation bringing major, world-class events to the San Francisco Bay Area with a mission to unite the region through sport by building pride, connecting communities, and re-energizing the Bay.

Patty brings more than 30 years of experience in brand, sports, and entertainment marketing to her role at the BAHC. Hubbard is responsible for all brand and marketing efforts for the BAHC brand and the hosted events, including the 2025 NBA All-Star Game at Chase Center, the 2026 Super Bowl LX and six 2026 FIFA World Cup matches at Levi’s Stadium.

Before the BAHC, Patty was Head of Marketing & Business Development for Uru Sports. The company was founded in 2020 as a tech platform tailored for college, Olympic, and pro athletes as they transitioned into careers—Uru Sports partners with companies that believe hiring former athletes is a winning business strategy.

Before Uru Sports, Patty had dedicated the previous five years of her career to helping current and former pro athletes in their endeavors off the field through Brand Forward Sports (BFWD), the athlete brand consultancy she co-founded in 2017. BFWD helped athletes tap into the power of their platform and was built with the belief that they can be successful, whether through starting new careers, building businesses or media, or their athletic brands.

Before BFWD, Patty was one of MKTG’s founding partners and West Coast President for nearly 11 years. During that time, Patty was a leadership player in positioning the agency for acquisition by the Dentsu Aegis Network in 2014. Based in the agency’s San Francisco office, Patty led the West Coast growth initiative by acquiring leading category clients in technology, consumer electronics, sports, apparel, and natural food products.

Before MKTG, Patty worked for two years as President of On Board Entertainment and seven years with Live Nation Entertainment, strategically leading national partnerships with Coca-Cola, Levi’s, VISA, and Reebok in their New York, Atlanta, and San Francisco offices.

When not in the office, she enjoys coaching high school and club field hockey, hiking with her dog Coco, and skiing in Lake Tahoe. Patty lives in Mill Valley, California, with her husband, Chris, and their children, Sydney and Owen.
